If you like aircraft then this Museum is not to be missed, it is home to a large collection of historic fighting aircraft from the very earliest flying objects such as balloons and kites, to modern- day aircraft. The museum also has a Photograph Collection that shows the history of the RAF and goes back to 1890 showing the ballooning activities of the Royal Engineers'. You will also find large exhibitions on engines, vehicles and weapons.
