The Horniman Museum was set up by Frederick John Horniman, in his original art nouveau home (1897) in order to show off the interesting things that he had collected from around the world. There is something to interest everyone inside this Museum, the exhibits include natural history, musical instruments, fossils and tribal artifacts. The Museum also has an aquarium and a miniature zoo, which is very popular with the children.
